Year 12 Pupil, Danni Yao’s stunning painting of a silhouetted Santa’s Sleigh flying over Mount House School in the moon-light, has been chosen as this year’s winning Christmas Card design. The entries were of such a high standard this year and the judges (from our Art and Marketing depts) had the unenviable task of deciding upon just one, but Danni’s design encapsulated the magic of the season and celebrations at Mount House this December.
The cards have been printed and sent out from the Principal’s office as our official Christmas card this year and are also available to purchase for £4.00 for a pack of 10. Email thriftc@mounthouse.org.uk to place an order for collection from reception.
Runners up included Karin Kato, Ruby Sorrel, Stella Thrassyvoulou, Libby Richards, Keren Mulat-Weldemeskel and Jimena De Grado, whose pencil sketch of the School has been printed on congratulatory postcards for teachers to send home to students in cases of excellent work or achievements.
All will receive a prize from Mr Mullins at Friday’s end-of-term assembly.
