Mount House GCSE Results 2020

Mount House celebrated in the school garden this morning enjoying the sunshine as Year 11 students achieved a fantastic set of GCSE results across all subject areas.

GCSE Results Highlights

  • 47% of Students achieved grades 7 – 9 (equivalent to old A* and A grades)
  • 90% of Students achieved grades 5 – 9 (equivalent to old A* to ‘strong C’ grade)
  • Our top achiever Eloise Bryans gained six level 9 and four level 8 grades
  • Our top 10 students all achieved 100% grades 6-9

Head Sarah Richardson said: “These outstanding grades are a true reflection of the sustained hard work of our students and the professional approach and inspiring teaching of our teachers.  At the end of a summer which has lacked a certain ‘joie de vivre’ it was good to see the happy smiling faces of our Year 11 students and their parents this morning “
