GCSE and A Level 2021 results

We offer our congratulations to our Year 11 and the Upper Sixth cohort who have proved themselves to be a remarkable group of young people. All of our students have endured an educational journey which 18 months ago was unimaginable, and for students facing public examinations this has been a particularly challenging experience. In that time students have adapted magnificently, and not only have they survived, but they have triumphed. On behalf of all the staff at Mount House I congratulate our students. We do all feel very privileged to work in such a wonderful environment with such a wonderful group of students; we know that the small classes at Mount House allow our students to thrive, to develop confidence and to achieve the very best results they can and we very much enjoy the opportunity to be part of each individual student’s pathway.

The results our students have achieved are truly outstanding, and behind these grades lies a great deal of hard work and application. Not only do our Upper Sixth leave us with great results, but they also leave us having made a contribution to our community that has been second to none – as leaders, as mentors and as role models – and we know they will go on to achieve great things. We wish them all the very best as they move on to the next stage of their lives and their education, and we hope that they will stay in touch. We now look forward to welcoming our Year 11s to their Sixth Form journey. They have a hard act to follow but we are confident that they will rise to the challenge and themselves go on to match not only the academic achievements of the current Sixth Form, but also to replicate the impact they have had as senior students and role models.
